The statewide ABLE advertising, marketing, and public relations campaign should target eligible beneficiaries and their immediate family members to enroll and contribute to a Washington state ABLE account. Secondarily, the campaign should target care providers and professional guardians of eligible beneficiaries. ABLE’s target market is eligible ABLE adult beneficiaries and parents of eligible ABLE beneficiaries from all household income demographics and ages. The Department of Commerce is seeking a qualified vendor for services specific to the Section 811 Project Rental Assistance program.
