Web Account Access Information

Access state employee voicemail from phone

  1. Call the voicemail access number at 360-407-1111
  2. When the voice messaging system answers, press #
  3. Enter your 10-digit mailbox number
  4. Enter your password

Access state employee email from web

Set automatic email replies

  1. Log into the WA state Outlook Web App
  2. Select Settings > View all Outlook settings > Mail > Automatic replies
  3. Select Turn on automatic replies
  4. Choose if you want to Send replies only during a time period
  5. Add a message for those inside Commerce and choose if you want a message to be sent to those outside Commerce
  6. Select Save
