Resources & Trainings

Resources and trainings to help navigate how to apply for funding to develop/rehabilitate/renovate/preserve multifamily rental or homeownership housing projects from the programs administered by the Multifamily Housing Unit.

Open funding availabilities and application materials are posted on the Applying to the Housing Trust Fund webpage.

Project Presentations

Commerce will host informal meet and greets with organizations interested in sharing information about their potential projects. These are not required and do not contribute to an applicant’s score.  A sign-up sheet will be linked here when registration opens, through which prospective applicants will be able to schedule time to introduce themselves and/or their particular project(s) to MHU. Slots will be in hour increments or longer for multiple projects. This opportunity will be provided beginning in June and running through August, i.e. throughout the accustomed TA period.
