Early Learning Facilities Program Guidelines for Eligible Organizations are now available
The 2019-21 Early Learning Facilities (ELF) program guidelines for eligible organizations is now available on our website. Translated copies of our guidelines will be available soon in Spanish and Somali.
Our ELF online grant application will be available on Tuesday, Oct. 1. All applications must be submitted electronically through ZoomGrants and are due to Commerce no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 2.
We strongly encourage applicants to carefully read the program guidelines in preparation for this upcoming competitive round. More information will be coming soon around technical assistance opportunities, so please stay tuned!
