Victims of Child Abuse and Neglect Initiative
This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified organizations, Tribes and Tribal Organizations to provide direct services to victims of child abuse and neglect. Applicants should have a demonstrated history providing direct services to children. The grant period will be two years: July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2026.

Native American Communities SA Enhancement
This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from any Tribe that has previously received the Native American Communities Sexual Assault Services funding to provide culturally and community specific services for sexual assault survivors. Nine (9) grants will be funded. The grant period will be one year, July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025.

Specialized Sexual Assault Services Funding Application
The funds available through this application are to distribute Specialized Sexual Assault Services regional funding, per the Sexual Assault Services funding formula. Eligible applicants include local governmental agencies, non-profit organizations, Tribes and tribal organizations who meet the qualifications to provide sexual assault victim services and participated in the most recent regional community planning process.

Core Sexual Assault Services SFY 2025
Eligible applicants are accredited Community Sexual Assault Programs (CSAPs). The funds available through this application are to support Core Sexual Assault Services. This funding supports services and activities as detailed in the Core Sexual Assault Services
Standards (see Appendix B).

Culturally Specific Sexual Assault Services & Prevention Activities
The funds available through this application are to support the efforts of culturally-specific
services for people affected by sexual assault. Eligible programs must be by and for the
communities they are serving. This is a competitive RFP process.

Children's Advocacy Center - Child-Centered Services
Services provided with this funding shall be available to children, youth, adults with
developmental disabilities who are victims of abuse, neglect, and/or sexual assault and their
non-offending parents and/or caregivers.
Eligible applicants include affiliate, associate/developing, and accredited Children’s Advocacy
Centers (CAC), as defined by the National Children’s Alliance (NCA). Applicants not currently receiving this CAC Initiative Funding must provide a letter of support from CACWA verifying that proposed services align with CACWA’s Chapter Growth & Development strategies.
