The Washington State Department of Commerce is the Collaborative Applicant for the Washington Balance of State Continuum of Care (BoS CoC). The goal of the BoS CoC is to promote a community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness in the 34 small and medium-sized counties in WA State. Our collaborators receive about $25 million annually through the biennial HUD CoC competition.
