It creates alignment for current and future growth. This strategic plan creates stability and direction, and grounds our work in clear purpose, supported by Governor Bob Ferguson and led by the Executive Leadership Team.

Connecting across Washington
This strategic plan reflects goals shared by Commerce staff through several internal surveys, including the Employee Engagement Survey, and goals shared by our community partners through an external survey conducted by the Community Engagement and Outreach team.
