2024 Presentations & Public Input Sessions

HTF Handbook Review

Over the course of 2024, the Housing Trust Fund will be providing multiple opportunities to get oriented to and provide input on the updates to the HTF Handbook, as we engage in a multi-part chapter-by-chapter public review process.

Chapter 1

A revised version of chapter 1, covering Housing Trust Fund statutory criteria, is now available for review on the Department of Commerce Box.

You can also view the original version on its own or compare the original to the new with a marked-up copy.

The HTF team will provide an overview of the substantive changes made to this chapter and provide opportunities for engagement at the first in a series of public meetings.

Register now for the first public review meeting on February 20, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm via Zoom. You will receive an email with instructions on joining the meeting after registration.

Commerce is also accepting feedback and input on this revised HTF Handbook chapter via email. Contact HTFStakeholderCommunications@commerce.wa.gov with your input by March 8, 2023. Use the subject line “HTF Handbook: Chapter 1” with your email.

You can also view the original version on its own or compare the original to the new with a marked-up copy.
