Commerce’s Office of Crime Victims Advocacy provides direct and competitive grants to organizations across Washington state providing services to survivors and victims of crime.
Each Request for Proposal (RFP) will explain the grant period, amount of funding available, and eligible applicants. While OCVA releases RFPs throughout the year, many are distributed in the spring (for July 1 start dates) and the fall (for January 1 start dates).

If you want to receive notices of open, competitive opportunities, subscribe to OCVA’s mailing list for updates.
Please note, these funding opportunities are not available to individual victims and survivors. If you need a referral to a local program, please review OCVA’s Resource Directory for Crime Victims.
