Capital funding applicants should re-review the new information before working on their NOFA application
The Multifamily Housing Unit (MHU) has discovered that there are several errors in the version of the 2026 Combined Funders Application Forms document (CFA Forms) published in June. The errors have been corrected in Version 1.1 of the CFA Forms document, now published to our website. These corrections apply to each of the current Notice of Funding Application (NOFA):
- MHU-2026-06 Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Traditional
- MHU-2026-07 Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
- MHU-2026-08 Federal HOME and National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF)
- MHU-2026-09 Tribal Set-Aside
In addition, some corrections have been made to the addendum of the HTF NOFA (MHU-2026-06). The corrections clarify some potential points of confusion, but you don’t need to download the updated document.
