We’re listening! The Washington State Department of Commerce is taking additional measures to assist local firms in successfully winning government contracts with agencies in their own backyard. Join us at these upcoming training sessions. This is an opportunity to hear what other local governments have told us and share your thoughts with buyers and sellers and explore strategies for local procurement success.
What to expect
Buyers can learn how local awards boost local economies and explore ways to connect with local firms. Businesses can connect with local government officials and learn about state opportunities and methods to procure contracts in their jurisdictions.
Advisors with the Washington Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) will be on site to help demystify government procurement and provide tips for winning more contracts.
