Applications for OZ 2.0 designation will now be accepted from April 1 to May 1, 2026. This is happening for two reasons. First, we are awaiting Treasury’s final determination of census tract eligibility for Opportunity Zones. Secondly, we have received feedback that more time is needed for community collaboration and local engagement.
