The Department of Commerce is soliciting proposals from firms interested in producing a report and recommendations for establishing an industrial waste coordination program. The report will address topics such as the definition of “industrial symbiosis”, feedback from relevant industry stakeholders, data collection systems for existing material flows, case studies, performance metrics for resource hubs, and other issues and requirements. The Department of Commerce (Commerce) intends to award a sole source contract to Washington Coalition of Sexual Assault Programs. The contract will be awarded on or about August 21, 2019, and will expire on January 31, 2020. The contract amount is $18,005.00. The contract may be amended to extend performance and/or increase funds.
This contract provides administrative and operations support (inclusive of salaries, benefits, and sexual assault prevention experience and expertise) to Washington Coalition of Sexual Assault Programs to carry out the activities of the Rape Prevention and Education (RPE) Support Program SFY2020.
