About the plan
In 2025, Washington State departments of Commerce and Health issued the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan. It includes strategies for these programs:
- Community Development Block Grant
- HOME Investment Partnership Program
- National Housing Trust Fund
- Emergency Solutions Grant
- Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS
The Draft 2026 Action Plan amends our strategies based on factors from the previous year and describes how each program plans to allocate 2026 fiscal year funding. Comments will help ensure our strategies align with experiences and priorities held by Washington residents.
