Broadband Digital Equity Unit’s mission is to advance digital inclusion for all Washington residents to participate and collaborate online to thrive in today’s global society.
Please note that the Digital Navigator Program ended operations on July 1, 2025, after the governor vetoed its funding due to the state’s significant fiscal challenges and federal funding cuts.
Success stories
Commerce celebrates the success of our digital navigator program and investments in more than 30 organizations statewide. We want to highlight the success of the Washington State Department of Veterans Affairs’ Digital Navigator Program, which received a $2.5M award to bring digital literacy tools and training to veterans and their families.
