Workshops will be on Zoom Feb. 24, 25
Commerce will hold workshops to answer applicant questions and provide information regarding the upcoming funding notices (NOFAs) for the Housing Preservation and Continuing Affordability programs.
Draft NOFAs are available online for public comment until Tuesday, Feb. 17:
- Draft Continuing Affordability NOFA (#MHU-2026-03) (Box)
- Draft Housing Preservation NOFA (#MHU-2026-04) (Box)
We will release final NOFAs on Tuesday, March 3.
Who can attend?
We invite all affordable multifamily housing developers who intend to seek funding from either program, including:
- Housing Preservation: Current Housing Trust Fund contractors that want to make major building improvements, preserve existing units, and replace systems to maintain long-term property viability.
- Continuing Affordability: Affordable housing projects that are at risk of losing affordability.
