Webinar will include information about new infrastructure guidelines
The Washington State Department of Commerce (Commerce) will share information about new infrastructure guidelines mandated by the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA). These are applicable to Commerce’s HOME and National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) programs.
The Multifamily Housing Unit (MHU) also created a set of guidelines and procedures for contractors to follow to ensure compliance with BABA. The MHU BABA Guidelines and related materials are posted on our Box site, our HOME webpage, and our NHTF webpage.

- an affordable housing developer that contracts with Commerce and utilizes HOME and/or National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) dollars
- a prospective housing developer that is considering applying for federal HOME or NHTF affordable multifamily housing dollars via Commerce
