The Washington State Broadband Office (WSBO) is soliciting proposals for environmental support services with funding from the National Telecommunications Information Association’s (NTIA) BEAD program.
To assist this program, the WSBO is seeking a third-party environmental contractor firm or company to provide Environmental Support Services (ESS) for NTIA’s BEAD projects and grant recipients. The third-party contractor will be responsible for providing technical support and analysis of the environmental aspects of WSBO projects by providing high-quality environmental and cultural resources support services. The third-party contractor will work closely with the WSBO team to review documentation, surveys, studies, and other analyses that may be required for compliance with environmental laws and regulations.

Minimum qualifications
- Licensed to do business in Washington or submit a statement of commitment that it will become licensed in Washington within thirty (30) calendar days of being selected as the Apparent Successful Contractor.
- Five years of experience in/with NEPA/NHPA and other relevant federal, state and local regulations.
- Five years of experience with Washington State permitting requirements.
Proposals that do not clearly meet or exceed all the minimum qualifications listed above are non-responsive and will not be evaluated.
