What is this application for?
The purpose of this grant is to fund direct support services and outreach for individuals who have experienced labor or sex trafficking. Funding may also support services for individuals at risk of human trafficking.
Eligible applicants
Eligible applicants must be operated by a public agency, nonprofit organization, tribe, or tribal organization. They must have at least four years of experience providing trauma informed, person centered support and outreach to victims or survivors of human trafficking and individuals at risk. Applicants must also demonstrate at least four years of experience serving an underserved population and show financial support from other sources. OCVA funding is intended to supplement, not fully fund, operations.

Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at Noon PT.
Bidder Conference information
A bidder’s conference for organizations will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 11 a.m. PT. This session will be recorded.
A separate session specifically for tribal bidders will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 1 p.m. PT. This session will not be recorded.
Attendance is encouraged but not required. The conference will end once all questions have been addressed. OCVA is only bound by its written responses. All questions from the conference or follow-up communications will be documented, answered in writing and added to the FAQ that will be posted with the RFP materials.
