Submit your proposal by May 27 for a portfolio analysis and detailed solar studies of multifamily properties. Commerce is accepting proposals to identify multifamily affordable housing properties that are good candidates for onsite solar installation using Solar for All funding. Solar systems and potential battery energy storage systems must be designed to deliver at least 20% savings to multifamily tenants.
Analysis and designs are structured in two separate phases. Interested parties can respond to one or both phases. Commerce will work with one or multiple contractors to fulfill the scope of work. Respondents must have experience in data analysis and report production, solar and battery energy storage system design, and personnel with relevant certifications.
