Commerce is now accepting applications for the 2027–2029 Building Communities Fund (BCF).
If you are planning to buy or renovate a non-residential community or social service center facility, this program can reimburse 25% of eligible project cost. There is no minimum or maximum award. This funding helps expand access to services in communities with the greatest need.
All organizations must submit an eligibility test (first part of application) by Tuesday, Aug. 18, at 4 p.m.
The eligibility test includes questions about your eligibility for BCF grants. Our team typically takes up to one business day to review your eligibility test before they follow up with you.
