CRP is investing $2.2 million in reentry services that provide wraparound support before and after release.
CRP funds local partners who offer programs focused on:
- Pre-release planning and post release navigation to help formerly incarcerated individuals succeed in their reentry plans
- Healing-centered practices to help individuals reunited with their families, communities, and access case management
- Employment and training to help individuals navigate career pathways, obtain licensing and enroll in education or training
