Request for Qualifications: Commerce WorkFirst Programs

The Department of Commerce opens this statewide competitive opportunity for qualified and experienced businesses interested in administering Commerce’s WorkFirst Programs serving both Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) Participants and TANF Limited English Proficient (LEP) Participants who may be at any English level. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit competitive applications from businesses who will provide high-quality case management and employment and training services to both populations. Selected applicants must also be able to work successfully in coordination with other organizations that serve TANF Participants and TANF LEP Participants to ensure strong public/private partnerships, maximize community resources, create a seamless service delivery syste, and provide the best value for funded services.
