Request for Proposal: Firms interested in performing an organizational readiness assessment for Customer Relationship Management software

  • December 19, 2018

Commerce is initiating this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit proposals from firms interested in performing an organizational readiness assessment for implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software system. Commerce’s 100-plus programs have independent grant and contract relationships with many entities. The agency deals with local agencies and publicly funded nonprofit entities across the state. Many of these programs have contact and business relationships with the same entities, but there is little coordination at the program level and often only general awareness at the executive level of these relationships. We want to be able to know which contacts Commerce has in each organization and what interactions are in place at any given time with those entities. Successful bidders will have at least five years’ experience with CRM consulting, readiness assessments, and implementation planning. Proposals are due Jan. 25, 2019.
