Growth in Washington’s manufacturing sector starts in communities like Bremerton.
In 2024, Commerce awarded $200,000 to Inventech Marine Solutions through the Evergreen Manufacturing Growth Grant program.
The investment through the Kitsap Economic Development Alliance (KEDA) supported the shipbuilding company doubling its manufacturing space to 90,000 square feet.
According to Inventech CEO Micah Bowers, this modern facility has enabled the company to build bigger boats, streamline production, and create additional manufacturing jobs.
