Commerce is developing comprehensive guidance to support jurisdictions implementing state requirements for local parking regulation, including the Parking Reform and Modernization Act.
The new Guidance for Implementing State Parking Requirements (PDF) is available in draft form for public comment until May 20.
As a supplemental resource, Commerce is also developing Parking Management Guidance for Local Governments (PDF), also available for public comment until May 20.
