Commerce is soliciting applications for remaining funds from National Housing Trust Fund and HOME programs
Commerce is extending the funding application round for multifamily rental housing capital awards funded by the National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) and HOME programs. There is $3.6 million left over following the release of NOFA #MHU-2025-02.
Two awardees were selected for federal funds after the first review.
Please submit your application by 12 p.m. Pacific Time March 16.

- HOME and NHTF NOFA #MHU-2026-01 is soliciting applications for multifamily rental affordable housing projects seeking capital funding from the federal HOME and National Housing Trust Fund programs to further the goals articulated in Washington state’s 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan (CONPLAN).
Award announcements are anticipated this April.
