Application workshops will be hosted on Zoom starting June 9
Each year, the Washington State Department of Commerce awards funding to affordable housing developers to expand Washington’s affordable housing supply. Application workshops are a vital component of the application process. They help new and returning developers learn about available funding and how to apply.
During application workshops…
- Commerce discusses the availability of funding, timeline of the application process, applicant eligibility requirement, and application scoring criteria
- Applicants can ask questions and provide feedback about the process and application
Who can attend?
We invite all affordable multifamily housing developers that intend to apply for capital funding via Commerce, including tribes in Washington and developers with projects serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities or farmworkers.
Housing providers who have never received Commerce awards are welcome to attend!
