Performance Evaluation Report (PER)

The State of Washington’s 2008 Performance Evaluation Report (PER) is available for review. The report describes the activities and accomplishments of the following programs funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and managed by the state Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development (CTED) during the period of January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008:

HOME Investment Partnership (HOME)
Housing Opportunities for Persons with HIV/AIDS (HOPWA)
Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG)
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
