 Policy Advisory Team (PAT)

The Policy Advisory Team (PAT) represents the broad array of interest groups that comprise the low income housing development community.  The PAT is chaired by a member of the Affordable Housing Advisory Board (AHAB).  The Chair of AHAB, in consultation with the Managing Director of the HTF and the Assistant Director of the Housing Division, will appoint the Chair of the PAT.

The purpose of the PAT is to review and discuss options for improving current administrative policies and procedures and make recommendations to the HTF.

Who are the current PAT members?

Paul Purcell currently serves as the chair of the PAT. View the Policy Advisory Team membership list for the full roster of official PAT members as of April 2009.

 When/where are the meetings held?

The Policy Advisory Team will be meeting quarterly on the following dates:

  • April 15th, 2009
  • July 8th, 2009
  • September 23rd, 2009
  • December 9th, 2009

Meetings are held in Seatac in order to be as convenient as possible for those travelling from across the state.   Due to limited space at the PAT meeting, the HTF must now request that PAT attendees who are not current members RSVP at least one week before the meeting.  For more information, please contact Karma Shannon at (360) 725-2972.

Are meeting summary notes available for past PAT meetings?

Yes, notes are taken for each of the meetings and are posted below as soon as they are available.
