The Administrative Services Division (ASD) provides integrated, responsive, and reliable centralized support services to CTED. Services include:

• Facilities, Telecommunications, and Mail Delivery
• Human Resources
• Information Services
• Purchasing
• Emergency/Risk Management

ASD excels in providing excellent customer service to CTED’s programs;
develops and manages technical systems that help programs improve the quality of their services to clients and citizens; and provides physical office facilities and environments that are safe, healthy, and productive places to work.
