Information Services
Information Services is CTED’s in-house information technology (IT) unit, which is devoted to enhancing IT. They are located on Raad 2 and managed by IS Manager Gary Wilkinson. The primary goal of our Information Services (IS) unit is to provide IT products and services to CTED’s divisions and programs. The IS standard is to provide exceptional customer service in the delivery of:

• Help Desk (desktop) support
  
• Network and systems infrastructure and administration
  
• Business requirement analysis
  
• Application development and maintenance
  
• Project management and project risk management
  
• Consultant IT acquisition and subsequent oversight

We strive to be proactive and to anticipate business needs and technology trends. We provide objective assessment of the effective use of technology in support of key strategic business initiatives.
