Eligibility Guidelines

            2008 Eligibility Guidelines

The gross income received by all members of the household must be at or below 125 percent of the poverty level*. Income limits are determined by multiplying the Poverty Guidelines for all states (except Alaska and Hawaii) by 125 percent.

The Household Size and Maximum Monthly Income columns can be used as a quick reference to determine eligibility for applicants whose income is from wages. Income documentation testing must be done to determine actual eligibility.
