Jae-Hyung Cho, Washington State Korea Office Representative  The firm Institute for Trade and Investment (ITI) serves as CTED's Trade Representative in Korea. ITI, based in Seoul, provides export assistance for Washington businesses seeking new markets in Korea for their products, as well as help support the state’s international strategy to encourage foreign companies to locate in Washington. The account manager for CTED is Mr. Jae-Hyung Cho, a foreign legal consultant with Lee International IP & Law Group (parent organization for ITI) and designated counsel for ITI. He practices in the areas of corporate law, mergers and aquistions and international businsess transactions representing multinational and domestic corporations. Mr. Namkung received his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars.
