Commerce HQ is LEED Certified Energy Efficient
Our move is complete! The two Olympia offices of the Department of Commerce are consolidated at one new location, reducing our footprint by over 20,000 square feet. The move is "zero-cost" in that the building owner has agreed to reimburse Commerce for the one-time costs associated with the move.

Commerce’s relocated Olympia home is a remodeled LEED Silver Certified Building where we have implemented a number of sustainability measures including:
100% recyclable carpet
Zero VOC paint, glues, other materials
High-efficiency HVAC
Working toward being the first state bldg to install quick-charging stations for electric vehicles
The move took place in stages throughout the month of September. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during this time. We look forward to serving you at our new home in the Town Square complex!
