Operations
The IT Operations group addresses Commerce’s technology needs, manages upgrades and maintenance, and staffs the Help Desk. The Operations group is committed to providing a fast, stable, and secure environment for Commerce staff. The group is managed by IS Manager Gary Wilkinson.

The Help Desk is available to respond to Commerce staff technical problems or questions regarding their computer and applications. The Help Desk can be reached by phone at (360) 725-2676 and by e-mail at Commerce Customer Services.
