OperationsThe IT Operations group addresses CTED’s technology needs, manages upgrades and maintenance, and staffs the Help Desk. The Operations group is committed to providing a fast, stable, and secure environment for CTED staff. The group is managed by IS Operations Manager Neal VanDeventer.
