Applications
The IT applications group manages information technology application projects. The team is involved in all aspects of IT systems development and maintenance from, including:

• Developing initial project profiles and project plans for requests to develop new or enhance existing IT systems
• Performing Business and / or Data Analysis with CTED staff to determine requirements for IT systems.
• Developing or helping to acquire business system software for IT systems.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing CTED systems to meet changing business needs.

The group is managed by IS Applications Manager Randy Ayers.
