Contracts Administration Unit
Manages Infrastructure planning & construction contracts

Purpose
Manages contracts from the point of contract execution through project closeout and loan repayment for the following CTED Infrastructure programs:
  • Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
  • Community Economic Revitalization Board (CERB)
  • Public Works Trust Fund (PWB)
  • Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF)
  • Water System Acquisition and Rehabilitation Program (WSARP)
  • Capital Programs (CP)
  • Job Development Fund
  • Section 138
Types of contracts:
  • Planning
  • Needs Assessments or Feasibility Study
  • Pre-Construction & Design
  • Emergency or Imminent Threat
  • Drinking Water, Waste Water, Storm Water systems
  • Roads & Bridges
  • Public Services
  • Housing Rehabilitation
Results and Achievements
  • Improved coordination on projects with multiple CTED contracts 
  • Improved efficiency in processing payment/draw requests

  • Contract/project management across multiple CTED Infrastructure grant & loan programs
  • Single point of contact with local jurisdictions, ports, special purpose districts, and non-profits on their planning & infrastructure contracts

Performance Measures
  • Clients receive their fully executed contracts within 5 days.
