Purpose
Manages contracts from the point of contract execution through project closeout and loan repayment for the following CTED Infrastructure programs:
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Community Economic Revitalization Board (CERB)
Public Works Trust Fund (PWB)
Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF)
Water System Acquisition and Rehabilitation Program (WSARP)
Capital Programs (CP)
Job Development Fund

Performance Measures
Clients receive their fully executed contracts within 5 days.
