This will be a very different year with some probable bumps in the process due to the requirement for submitting all applications electronically and a short turnaround time for applications.  To limit the difficulties, Commerce will provide the service of preparing a draft of the Exhibit 2 for all renewal grantees but applicants should expect that there will be special requests for information during the months of August and September.  Applicants for new projects will continue to prepare their own applications.
