Washington Balance of State Continuum of Care McKinney-Vento Application

The Balance of Washington State Continuum Steering Committee, supported by the Department of Commerce, manages the Balance of Washington State Homeless Program competition selecting and ranking projects submitted to HUD in the national McKinney-Vento competition in a consolidated application. Local County Continuums of Care (through agencies proposing projects) in the 33 counties of the Balance of State are invited to participate in the 2010 competition.
