The application materials provided on this page are for multifamily low income rental housing projects.  Single-family homeownership projects are handled separately, as detailed on the Homeownership page.

Significant Changes Made to Multifamily Application
The Multifamily application forms have undergone substantial restructuring, as part of an effort to synchronize the requirements of major public affordable housing funders in Washington State. As a result, applications completed using the Spring 09 forms will not be accepted. Click here for an overview of the major changes made to the application.
