Certified firms are required to notify the Lead-Based Paint Program at least five (5) business days prior to starting a LBP abatement project (WAC 365-230-220).

Accredited training providers are required to notify the Lead-Based Paint Program ten (10) business days before offering a LBP activity training, and to notify the Lead-Based Paint Program no more than twenty (20) days after completion of a LBP activity training course (WAC 365-230-100).
