The Community and Financial Assistance Unit (CFA) works to strengthen and diversify the state's economy through a variety of programs by helping Washington's communities and businesses plan, finance and implement economic development strategies to create opportunities for business and job growth. The unit's customers and partners include local governments, businesses, ports, community-based development organizations, economic development councils, and tribal governments.
