• The Public Debt Report -- This annual report analyzes trends in state and local debt activity.
• Public debt archives -- Copies of debt issue official statements and other materials are available.
  
• The GO Report -- Presents the results of an annual survey of municipal jurisdictions, and analyzes trends in levels of indebtedness.

STATUTORY AUTHORITY:

Chapter 39.44 RCW requires all state and local governments or their agents to submit a Bond 101 Report on all debt issues within 20 days of issuance (see the Documents page for a link to the online reporting tool or downloadable forms).  The statute also requires local governments to respond to an annual survey with information on their level of outstanding general obligation debt.
