Take Union St. West to 2nd Avenue, left on 2nd Avenue to Madison,
right on Madison two blocks to Western Avenue.
PSRC is on the West side of Western between Madison and Spring.

South I-5:
Take I-5 north to the Dearborn, James and Madison exit,
Madison is the 3rd part of the exit.
Take a left (west) on Madison and go down the hill to Western.
Western is 1 block past 1st Avenue.
