Remember that your data may be read by state and local policy makers, journalists and various stakeholder groups. Once you’ve submitted your survey, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation. We (Liz or Vernita – not the monkey) may call or e-mail you with a follow-up question, either shortly after you’ve submitted your survey or at some later point, when we’re preparing the resulting report. We expect to go to press in November.

Step 5: Let us know what you think about The 2004 GO Report. We’d be particularly interested in learning about what kind of data analysis and presentation would be most useful to policy makers in your jurisdiction. If you’d like additional hard copies of the report, send us an e-mail query. Quantities are limited, but we will accommodate you to the degree that we can.
