The CTED Energy Division's 1999 Biennial Energy Report:  Challenges and Opportunities for Washington's Energy Future is now available for downloading.  The 1999 Biennial Report is a collection of documents that address some of the most pressing energy-related challenges and promising opportunities Washington faces.

Follow the links below to download sections of the 1999 Biennial Energy Report. The print version of the 1999 Biennial Energy Report is available free of charge. To order, contact Karen Dunn at (360) 956-2096, or send e-mail to wepg@ep.cted.wa.gov.

You may also download a self-extracting ZIP file containing all sections and appendices.  Follow the link below and save the file under the filename "1999_BR.EXE" to your hard drive.  Make sure to remember which directory you save the file to.  Using File Manager, Windows Explorer or the "Run" command under the Windows "Start" menu, go to that directory and run the 1999_BR.EXE file by double clicking on it.  This will extract the PDF files and place them in the same directory as the 1999_BR.EXE file.  You may then open the PDF files by double clicking on them or using the File-Open command in Acrobat Reader.
