Interagency Multijurisdictional System Improvement Team (IMSIT)
The Interagency Multijurisdictional System Improvement Team (IMSIT) was created by the Legislature in ESHB 1677 to “identify, implement, and report on improvements” to the water/wastewater/stormwater funding programs to maximize their value.
IMSIT Listening Sessions
Through engaged outreach events statewide, and specifically through Listening Tours in Port Angeles (3/6), Moses Lake (4/10), and Walla Walla (5/15), IMSIT wants to hear from you –our clients– to better understand:
• What would a “perfect” funding system would look like to you?
• What barriers exist between where we are today and the ideal state?
• What we can do more of, less of, or do differently to overcome the barriers?
• What are the structural barriers that agencies can’t fix alone? Where do we need the legislature or outside partners to act?
Want to get involved?
